1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products such as live animals, perishable items, or customized goods cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. Please contact our support team with photos of the item to arrange an exchange.
